About Borja Santos Porras
I am a consultant on humanitarian affairs and disaster risk management with more than 12 years of experience in countries in South America, Africa and South Asia. I also currently work as an adjunct professor of International Development at IE University. I have studied a Master in international development at the Harvard Kennedy School from 2015 to 2017.
I have received Sphere Training in Ecuador and in Spain from 2007 to 2010 through different courses. In 2010 I received the Official ToT in Madrid, Spain. Since then, I have been in contact
I have wide experience in the design, implementation and evaluation of training programmes.
I have worked with different audiences (government officials, NGOs, UN, donors, private companies, media, students from universities) and not only with Sphere courses but also many others related such as Contingency planning, DRR/CCA planning, Quality and Accountability, Evaluation, Project Cycle Management, Communication at risk situations, NIMS, etc).
