Member of the Sphere Network in Bolivia
Humanitarian volunteer for 20 years and humanitarian worker for 17 years, with experience in responding to emergencies and disasters in different countries of the region with the United Nations System and humanitarian NGOs.
He developed Sphere trainings in Paraguay, Chile, Peru, Ecuador and Bolivia, aimed at agencies and programs of the UN, NGOs, Consortium of Humanitarian Agencies, national, departmental and municipal governments.
Developed training materials and methodological guides for the application of Sphere in Disaster Response Planning, preparation processes, monitoring and management of emergencies and disasters.
Promoter and generator of advocacy spaces for the application of Sphere in emergencies and disasters in the Latin American region, especially in the Protection, Shelter, CCCM and WASH sectors from 2016 to the present.
During the last years he has been a facilitator in different sectors of humanitarian action and also in the formation of minimum standards (Child Protection, INEE, CCCM, ULS).
Currently academic advisor to the CEAH Center for Humanitarian Action Studies, which provides comprehensive training and develops Sphere trainings and serves as humanitarian operations officer in the Red Helmets organization.
