About Yi Wang
Wang Yi is currently the captain of Guizhou Blue Sky Rescue Team, the director of Beijing Blue Sky Rescue Team, the director of the development department and vice president of Guizhou Emergency Medical Rescue Association, the vice president of Guizhou Association for the Promotion of International Exchanges of Social Organizations, the director of Guizhou Charity Federation and the director of Guizhou Charity Union. Since 2008, he has participated in more than 600 domestic and international rescue missions, including Wenchuan earthquake, Ludian earthquake, Yiliang earthquake, Ya’an earthquake, Jiuzhaigou earthquake, Jieshishan earthquake, Henan flood, Zhuozhou flood, Nepal earthquake, Turkey earthquake, Laos dam collapse, Cambodia anti-epidemic, etc. Starting from 2014, he has organized and participated in Sphere and disaster relief related training for 9 times, and has trained more than 300 people in Sphere. He participated in Sphere ToT training in 2021. He has been recognized by the government at all levels, including the Ministry of Emergency Management of the People’s Republic of China once for third-class merit and the Guizhou Provincial Department of Emergency Management once for commendation.
