About Alice Ncube
I am into disaster management and the focus is on DRR. I have a lot of experience in training in disaster management . I am also a lecturer , researcher and coordinator in disaster management. I have consulted, worked and trained in and with International NGOs, humanitarian workers, UN agencies in South Africa and beyond.
I have participated in various fora in the disaster mangement sphere and at local government levels especiallly in South Africa I have beein in a number of advisory roles. I have travelled widely in Africa and Europe and in persuance of DRR issues.
Currently I am busy researching on climate change, migration issues and gender relations in the African continent, in the face of disasters and conflicts.
