Fu Yu, vice president of Inner Mongolia Blue Sky Rescue Association, President of Baotou Social Work Development Center, social worker, psychological counselor and emergency rescue volunteer.
After the 2008 Wenchuan earthquake in Sichuan Province, China, Fu Yu participated in psychological rescue work as a volunteer for psychological crisis intervention. In 2011, he compiled the «Chinese Red Cross Psychological Rescue Training Manual» to provide training for psychological rescue teams in six provincial Red Cross societies. In 2013, he participated in the establishment of Inner Mongolia Blue Sky Rescue Team, and in 2016, he became the vice president of Inner Mongolia Blue Sky Rescue Association. In 2016, he took Sphere training in Beijing, and has since conducted trainings in Baotou, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region.

May 2008, Wenchuan earthquake, Sichuan Province, engaged in psychological crisis intervention volunteer service;
In May 2015, Nepal earthquake, engaged in rescue work;
In July 2018, engaged in psychological crisis intervention in the subversion incident of a cruise ship in Phuket, Thailand.
